US Secretary of War	Pete Hegseth	06/06/1980	Hegseth dissolved a Pentagon group that reviewed bombing targets (calling it 'woke'). This resulted in Iranian targets being chosen entirely by AI without human review. A school in Iran was bombed killing almost 180 school girls. Hegseth then denied it was a US missile in the face of overwhelming evidence
Chief Civilian Administrator, Iraq	Paul Bremer	09/30/1941	After the 2003 Iraq invasion, he was the Chief civilian administrator who destroyed the state and government by implementing his misguided De-Ba'athification policy
FEMA Administrator	Michael Brown	11/08/1954	As FEMA administrator he totally mishandled the response to hurricane Katrina making a major disaster a bigger one in terms of property damage as well as lives lost
